What is the purpose?
Start Up is a project focused in the entrepreneurship of business ideas. It's aimed at young and adult population in order to broaden the vision about the business world and the importance of business ideas of any person which can start opportunities to make use of free time and improve their economic level. In addition Start Up is intended to the development of various activities that allow the economic improvement of the population, contributing the self sustainability of their projects using communication strategies (Marketing).
About the project
As the trainee is expected to provide the necessary tools that will enable the community to generate business ideas and sustainability, the ideal profiles are:
Enterpreunerships, Business Administration, International Realations, Marketing, Design, Communication, Public Relations, Economics and Accounting.
The project could be developed in one of these to populations:

Women victims of gender violence that are head of family. These people usually have small and informal business, or a business idea that we expect the trainee can formally structure and improve.

Foundations of the city. The goal is to make the foundation more visible in the city, make founrising and improve the processes of managment so it can make a bigger impact.
The intern must also be available to promote AIESEC to the local community in activities such as participating in promotional stands and giving speeches to people of the city.
