What is the purpose?
This project is focused in childhood, it tries to insentivate children for creating their project lives and encourage for develop their owns skills. We are going to change children's minds so they believe that violence is not the way, but education and peace.
The main objective is to diminish the levels of violence in Colombia and to prepare the population for a stage of post- conflict based on peace.
About the project
The goals are to stimulate children to share and express their dreams and goals, and to change their minds through peace and development. The ideal profiles are:
Art, music, psicologist, law, education and value based profiles.
The project has two copmonents:

Promote and facilitate opportunities to train Kids and Teenagers on soft skills and leadership in order to provide them with strong social competencies . This will be accomplish through artistic activities that open spaces to construct career plans and express children’s dreams and goals.

Promote awareness, respect for the other and the collective conscience of a new Colombia in peace through civic and cultural interventions that integrate the whole of society. This will be done by workshops based on topics as: human rights, resolution of conflict, reconciliation and the concept of peace.
The intern must also be available to promote AIESEC to the local community in activities such as participating in promotional stands and giving speeches to people of the city.
